PAUL RAYMOND A. FAVILA

Mr. Favila finished his Bachelors in Management (Honors Program) degree, Cum Laude at the Ateneo de Manila University in March 1993. In the same year, he entered Citibank as Assistant Portfolio Manager under the Global Asset Management Group. Mr. Favila rose from the ranks, assuming key positions as Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income Sales Officer, Derivatives Structuring Officer, Fixed Income Trader and Senior Trader for Debt and Interest Rate Derivatives. He is currently a Director and Head of Trading for Citigroup Global Markets in the Philippines.

He joined the Citigroup Emerging Markets Sales and Trading Asia Pacific Tiger Program in 2003. This is a rigorous and extensive regional management program for a select few sales and trading professionals expected to eventually take senior management positions within the region. This paved the way for him to train in the Bank’s regional hubs such as Malaysia and Singapore.

Mr. Favila is the incumbent President of the Money Market Association of the Philippines (MART). Mr. Favila is also certified to trade in the Singapore Derivatives Exchange, a Certified Treasury Professional at the Ateneo-BAP. He has also attended the Phils. Trust Institute Course on Trust Investments and Operations Management.
